Our client, a leading international pharmaceutical group with operative offices in Luxembourg, is seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join their team. The position will be based in their Luxembourg offices

Profile Requirements:

A university degree in Law with a solid understanding of contract law and EU law. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or an LLM would be considered a strong asset.

· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer in an international pharmaceutical company.

· Experience in the pharmaceutical sector and experience related to licensing and distribution contracts is required.

· Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in another major European language (French, Italian, Spanish, or German) would be highly beneficial.

Votre mission

Position Scope:

As a Legal Counsel, you will report to the Head of the Legal Department and play a crucial role in supporting our growing business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Analyzing, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of international agreements, with a particular focus on commercial law (e.g., license agreements, distribution agreements) and all agreements related to the life cycle of our products (including medical marketing aspects, manufacturing, and supply agreements).

Acting as a business partner and providing daily legal assistance to all functions within the company.

Managing other legal documents required for day-to-day operations.

Providing legal guidance on contractual and legal obligations, ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations.

Operating at a corporate level within the group, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and assume responsibility for day-to-day legal matters related to our major product portfolio.
